The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has written to advise us that its consultation webpage has been updated, and now looks like this:
The page gives details of the changes proposed, which if approved and adopted, will comprise a major culture change at the CQC. These include ‘a new system of intelligent monitoring’, which begs the question ‘How was the previous, i.e. current, system of monitoring be categorised?’
