A friend of Rescare has notified us that Rosa Monckton is currently working on a report about loss of Learning Disability services/support & would like to hear from people who have been affected by the list below.
Rosa would like to be put in touch with families who have experience in one or more of the following categories:
- Those who have struggled with isolation as a result of cuts to transportation
- Families struggling with issues related to capacity, and not feeling heard/involved
- Those who feel they were not assessed properly/underfunded
- Those who had difficulty getting an assessment or funding when it was clear they required it
