Action 4 Autism

Action 4 Autism was set up to help support and signpost parents who have their children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome and other similar conditions.

All-Party Parliamentary Group on Autism (APPGA)

The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Autism (APPGA) is a formal cross-party backbench group of MPs and Peers who share an interest in autism and Asperger syndrome. It was set up in February 2000. Its role is to campaign in Parliament for greater awareness of autism and Asperger syndrome, and to lobby the Government for improved services for people with autism and Asperger syndrome, and their carers.

Choice Forum describes itself thus:
"Since 2000, the Choice Forum has been been the place to discuss issues affecting the lives of people with learning disabilities in the UK. You are invited to join the forum, ask questions. share information, and talk about issues that are important. Here you'll find lots of mutual support, experience and lots of knowledge."
If you join the Choice Forum, it offers a range of information on issues relating to learning disability, allows you to participate in forum discussions, and issues regular email bulletins.

The Choice Forum is run by Together 4 Change, in partnership with the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities.
