Baroness Hollins: To ask Her Majesty’s Government what adjustments are anticipated to personalised budgets for vulnerable people in order to allow them to pay personal assistants and carers the proposed National Living Wage.

Lord Prior of Brampton Lord Prior: The impact of the new National Living Wage on local authority finances will be considered during the Spending Review as part of an overall assessment of spending pressures on local authorities.
